His name
[edit]There was an "Allan Marshall" who played for Surrey between the wars. I wonder if Alan Marsahall's Wisden obituarist could have had him in mind when he misspelt his name. JH (talk page) 09:13, 12 July 2010 (UTC)
- Could well be. There was another A. G. Marshall who played for Kent and who I remember playing for Wiltshire as a fast-ish bowler in the 1960s too. Johnlp (talk) 09:37, 12 July 2010 (UTC)
