The word, "actionable" is used incorrectly throughout this article. This looks like an attempt to fabricate a term, "actionable information logistics". It is not clear why this is being done.

I agree - this does not make sense in English. It needs to be parsed as "(Actionable Information) Logistics" rather than the expected "Actionable (Information Logistics)" - in English this can best be indicated by saying "Logistics for Actionable Information". Thus we get closer to the apparent intent.
But the term does exist, see [1] where a paper with this title was offered. So it's an attempt to document the term which seems legitimate, though on notability I think it might fail.
Meanwhile the references given are very notable, yet appear nowhere else in Wikipedia. I believe we need an entry for Action Workflow, so as to legitimately capture the references. In contrast "Actionable Information Logistics" is a very specific workflow example, with a fairly misleading (English) name. If it really does relate to Action Workflow it could be given as an example.
I consider myself competent to evaluate this further if anyone can find an on-line copy of the cited paper which I have been unable to do. In German would be OK. I'm watching this page.
