Not encyclopaedic
[edit]Two thirds of this article consists of immense detail about the act being repealed, and in greater detail than it describes what the act said in the first place. A professional encyclopaedia would not do this, and neither should Wikipedia. Richard75 (talk) 22:16, 11 July 2014 (UTC)
