Hi User:Sunshine Anderson. It looks to me that maybe we can't use these refs, since they seem to be about a different thing put together later by May Mann, sponsored and voted on by the Junior Philharmonic Orchestra of California rather than the Motion Picture Academy, and the "youth" part being about who the voters are, as many of the recipients were older people. May Mann called these "Oscarettes" but otherwise they seem not related to the Acadamy Juvenile Awards.

It's a short article, and certainly a new section for the new, separate awards would be OK if they are notable enough. Doesn't look like it. The scans are from Mann's column in Movie and TV Time magazine which looks to be not very notable and probably not reliable. If there's more material out there, we can look into it some more.
