I will be reviewing this article. I will start posting the review later in the day today. DTM (talk) 02:34, 9 April 2021 (UTC)
- It is reasonably well written.
- It is factually accurate and verifiable.

- Multiple New Vision links in the article lead to an 404 error page. These references do not link to an archived version however a quick spot check shows that they are archived over at archive.org. While bots do take care of this, I just wanted to point this out. As per WP:GAN/I#R3:4 I went ahead and added archived links.
Please explain the reasoning behind his end of military service year being 1979.

- Thanks for repairing the links. As for his military service, we know he was still military governor of Central Province in April 1979. When Amin was overthrown, he fled to Kenya and was arrested. Once extradited two months later he was held in detention by the UNLF government and was not doing any military activities (the new gov had their own army anyways), so I think its fair to say he ended his service that year.
- It is broad in its coverage.

- It follows the neutral point of view policy.
- Fair representation without bias:
- This comment is currently seeking more of a clarification rather than being an editorial suggestion to actually make changes in the article. Do you think that the article is excessively tilted negatively towards Nasur?
- Fair representation without bias:
- Well, as a former official in the Amin regime there's not a lot of kindness to be had with him a la the sources. That said, I've done what I can to try and balance this and include his objections to certain accusations. For example, he doesn't deny being stringent in his enforcement of the "Keep Uganda Clean" campaign, but he does deny that he forced people to eat their slippers (I put in the article that he thought the accusations were "baseless"). I've also stressed that he denies having killed the Mayor of Masaka—his proclamation of innocence at his trial is included in the quotebox, and I've included all the new info about the murder that as come out since his conviction.

Sources like fine, although I'm not super familiar with some of them. I think this is really close to being good for GA status. @Indy beetle: Hog Farm Talk 03:41, 14 May 2021 (UTC)
