Tunewizard's comments
[edit]Created page about A Breach of Silence. I wasn't entirely sure about the band image i used, it was from their record label's website where they post digital assets such as pictures and album cover art for journalists to use when writing about the bands. Note from AfC about notability
[edit]I am preemptively putting this here in regards to this band's notability. As of November 2014, this band's primary (maybe only) claim to notability is being the winner of a Q Award, which I am taking as a checkpass for WP:BAND criterion 9. They likely don't meet WP:GNG, but I believe the award is significant enough that they pass on the category-specific claim. If you don't agree with this assessment and wish to take this article to AfD (shouldn't be speedied), I have no objection. But the article had been languishing in AfC for several months and I decided publishing it on this weak claim was preferable to purgatory. Deadbeef 03:35, 15 November 2014 (UTC)
- I'm not sure if it warrants an AfD with 2 albums and touring internationally. That said, the Q Awards you have linked to the UK magazine, which are quite high profile. This refers to the Queensland Music Awards, thus more local. Karst (talk) 19:24, 18 November 2014 (UTC)
