[edit]I agree this reads like ABI marketing material. I've removed the "Conclusions" section, which seemed to be ABI marketing material copied verbatim. 13:11, 31 March 2008 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.62.203.214 (talk)
Some thoughts on this article: This page reads like an advertisement, and it goes beyond the topic it supposedly covers to describe ABI's entire SOLiD sequencing strategy (eg. library construction and emulsion PCR are not part of "2 base encoding"). This could all go within a page named "SOLiD" or something like that, if you'd like to make it.
I think the parts of this page regarding sequencing by ligation should be merged into the sequencing by ligation page. The stuff on emulsion PCR could be moved into an emulsion PCR page, which needs to be created. Madeleine ✉ ✍ 23:50, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

Is there a possibility of adding figures to this article (e.g. missing referenced "Figure 2"), it's a bit hard to visualise the process from just the description. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.98.33.189 (talk) 16:04, 5 September 2013 (UTC)
