Cleanup and citations
[edit]Hi fellow Wikipedians, the page appears confusing due to the use of the term "1964 race riots" to refer both to the collective series of riots that year, as well as the specific 21 July riot (which forms the bulk of this article), not helped by various authors using term fairly flexibly as well. I propose to reorganize the page to reflect these distinctions by having the introduction set the background to the 1964 series of riots in general, followed by the 21 Jul riot specifically, and then split the current "aftermath" into Sep riot as well as the actual aftermath. If necessary, we can pull out the 21 Jul riot into a separate page at a later date.
