Suzie Toot is the stage name of Benjamin Shaevitz,[1] an American drag performer competing on the seventeenth season of RuPaul's Drag Race.
Career
[edit]Suzie Toot is a drag performer competing on the upcoming seventeenth season of RuPaul's Drag Race.[2] She has been performing since the age of 8 and is a trained tap dancer.[3] She describes her drag persona as the "cross section between Betty Boop and Lucille Ball".[4] Toot opened for Chappell Roan's Fort Lauderdale show as apart of The Midwest Princess Tour in October 2023.[5] She portrayed Mimi Bouvèé-Truve in the 2023 queer horror film Big Easy Queens,[6] and released a music single featuring Tow, "Bonecoming", that same year.[7]
Personal life
[edit]Shaevitz is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.[8] He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in musical theatre.[3]
