Stanley Robert West was a male athlete who competed for England at the 1934 British Empire Games[1] and was a British champion in the high jump.[2]

Biography

West finished second behind William Land in the high jump event at the 1932 AAA Championships.[3][4]

West competed for England in the high jump at the 1934 British Empire Games in London.[5]

West became the national high jump champion after winning the British AAA Championships title at the 1935 AAA Championships.[6][7][8]
