Scott Parr (born c. 1976) is an American college football coach. He is the co-offensive coordinator and tight ends coach for Louisiana Tech University, a position he has held since 2022.[1][2][3][4][5] He was the head football coach for Navarro College from 2019 to 2021.[2][6][7] He also coached for Hardin–Simmons, Sam Houston State, Abilene Christian, Baylor, Tarleton State, West Texas A&M,[8] Texas Tech, and Eastern Illinois.[9][10] He played college football for Hardin–Simmons as a wide receiver.
