Sampung Utos Kay Josh (lit. 'Ten Commandments for Josh') is a 2025 Philippine black comedy film written by Sherwin Buenvenida and directed by Marius Talampas. The main stars is Jerald Napoles and Pepe Herrera. This is the last film written by Sherwin Buenvenida as he died on June 2024.[1][2] The film is about a good samaritan meets satan when he experienced bad luck and violate the ten commandments.[3]
Synopsis
[edit]After having a bad luck consecutively, Josh, a loyal follower of the Ten Commandments decided to challenge the heaven and violate the Ten Commandments.

Production
[edit]Albie Casiño revealed that he's doing a film with Jerald Napoles, Alex Medina and Debbie Garcia and they're started to shoot the film on April 2024.[9]

[edit]Goldwin Reviews gave the film a rating of 3 over 5 and wrote;
The film's merit lies in its attempt to disrupt the norm in both the Philippine cinema and religious circles. From a definite black and white, it transported us into a life of gray areas. It’s good to have options and perspectives.[11]
Lionheartv gave the film a rating of 3 over 5 and wrote;
