Popowo [pɔˈpɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bledzew, within Międzyrzecz County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) east of Bledzew, 13 km (8 mi) north-west of Międzyrzecz, 40 km (25 mi) south-east of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and 80 km (50 mi) north of Zielona Góra.
Popowo was a private church village, administratively located in the Poznań County in the Poznań Voivodeship in the Greater Poland Province of the Kingdom of Poland.[2]
