Olipa Chimangeni is a Malawian politician and a member of the Malawi Congress Party. She served as a member of the Malawian parliament for Ntchisi North East[1][2] from May 2014.[3]

She was re-elected in 2019 where she was one of 45 women elected to a parliament with 193 seats. There had been a campaign to get 50% but this was unsuccessful[4]
