Mohammad Saiful Islam (born 20 December 1970) is a Bangladeshi politician and a former Jatiya Sangsad member representing the Dhaka-19 constituency. He was elected as an independent candidate in the 12th National Parliament Elections of 2024.[1][2][3]

Political life

Islam is a Bangladesh Awami League politician.General Secretary of Ashulia Thana Awami League.[4] He is the independent Parliament member representing the Dhaka-19 constituency.[citation needed]

Islam made unprecedented development of the Dhamsona Union. He has Masters in Political Science.[5]

With regard to his philosophy on life, Islam made waves in Bangladeshi politics when he made the statement, "Sharing is the best option of life," in 2017 on social media platform X.[6]
