Khuri (Russian: Хури; Lak: Хьур) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative centre of Khurinsky Selsoviet, Laksky District, Republic of Dagestan, Russia. The population was 518 as of 2010.[2] There are 3 streets.[3]
Geography
[edit]Khuri is located 141 km southwest of Makhachkala,[4] 2 km northeast of Kumukh (the district's administrative centre) by road, on the right bank of the Kazikumukhskoye Koysu River. Kumukh and Khurukra are the nearest rural localities.[5]
