Fred Harker (12 May 1911 – 14 March 1999) was an English cricketer. Harker was a right-handed batsman who bowled leg break. He was born in Norton-on-Tees, County Durham.

Harker made a single first-class appearance in the British Raj for Bengal against United Provinces in the 1944/45 Ranji Trophy.[1] In Bengal's first-innings he was dismissed for a duck by S.N.
