The sources used show that the reports are not merely superficial or infrequent. Many of them are portraits of the group.

The newspapers, magazines, websites and television stations are independent. This applies to the Luzerner Zeitung, Badische Zeitung, dpaonthenet.net, devicemed.de, Schweizerisches Handelsamtsblatt, CNBC, process.vogel.de, Pharma+Food and Südkurier.

In Germany, it is legally possible for annual financial statements to be short if they are included in consolidated financial statements. This is the case for KNF Neuberger GmbH. The annual financial statements of this (important) subsidiary contain the statement that KNF Holding AG acts as the parent company of the group. This type of communication is legally compliant and is required by law in the case of short annual financial statements.

We ask for a re-examination, as it has not become clear in the review that the nature of the sources or the breadth of the reception would argue against the draft.

Converted to a help request because a) the resubmission was not done correctly; b) even if it were, resubmitting without any changes will result in another decline or even rejection (preventing further resubmissions); c) draft creator's request above does not explain how the sources meet WP:SIRS; and d) I don't have the wherewithal to complete the SIRS chart or a WP:BEFORE test.
