Because if you go read a real book on history of Disney Animation, you would know they have a really bad habit of starting far more film projects than they finish. Like Gigantic. So there's no point in creating the article until the film gets close enough to its release date that Disney launches a worldwide marketing campaign. When they pull the trigger on marketing, that means they've already passed a point of no return in terms of the millions of dollars spent on development and production.
