Wendelin Küpers (born 1965) is a cross-disciplinary scholar and Professor of Organisation and Leadership Studies at the Karlshochschule International University .
In his phenomenological and interdisciplinary research, he examines the possibilities of integral organisational and leadership practices, organisational learning and change, corporeality, emotions and creativity, aesthetics in organisational environments and the development of a ‘pheno-practice’. On the basis of Merleau-Ponty, he seeks to contribute to an expanded and integral understanding of embodied organisational and leadership practice in relation to a sustainable and just economy and society as well as a relationship with nature.
