Venhue is a fine dining restaurant located in the East Village neighborhood of Alphabet City.[1].
History
[edit]After soft openings in early October 2023[2], the restaurant officially opened October 26th, 2023.
Menu
[edit]The dining experience focuses on theatrical presentations, unconventional plating, and a playful irreverence towards fine dining. Artificial intelligence is used to enhance both menu preparation and the restaurants aesthetics[3][4].
Examples of the restaurant's unorthodox approach to fine dining include using a toy slide to pour sauce on guests' plates during service à la russe, allowing guests to graffiti plates and serving fine wines in dollhouse-sized wine glasses[5][6]
