Early Life
Varun Tandon was born and raised in Jalandhar, a city renowned for its Sports industry & vibrant cultural heritage. From a young age, he had a keen interest in the arts, often spending hours sketching and drawing.
Education
Varun did not receive formal education in art. However, during his graduation, he was deeply inspired by the works of the Late Artist Sardar Surinder Singh Ji. This inspiration motivated Varun to start sketching during his College years.
Career Beginnings
After graduating, Varun Tandon embarked on his professional journey in Chandigarh, working in a consultancy company. He spent nine years in this job, all the while nurturing his passion for sketching. Varun often gifted his artwork to colleagues, which allowed him to refine his techniques and develop a unique artistic voice. Following his departure from the consultancy job, he focused on honing his skills in visual arts. His unique style and dedication led to his work being featured in local galleries, earning him critical acclaim and a growing fanbase.
