The Prognostics and Health Management Society (PHM Society) is a is a professional body dedicated to the advancement of prognostics and health management (PHM) as an engineering discipline. It supports PHM education by developing standard teaching curricula in the field; participating in and facilitating international scientific collaboration in connection with the advancement or application of PHM, advancing the theory and practice of PHM, and running the annual PHM Society Conference.[3] [4]
History
[edit]The PHM Society was incorporated in early 2009 as a New York Corporation.[5]
A core principle of the PHM Society is to facilitate the timely and free distribution of research findings, articles, insights, news, and updates related to PHM research and its applications.
