Spinal Energetics is a modality created in Australia by Dr Sarah Jane Perri – a chiropractor and holistic counsellor. She wanted to create a way to combine physical and talk therapy and Spinal Energetics was born from this. It is described as a mixture of eastern and western philosophies, focusing on releasing tension from the nervous system through gentle touch and energy work. Spinal Energetics is said to be influenced by Network Spinal Analysis, Kundalini Activation Process, Innerdance, Reiki, Alpha Alignment, Shamanism, and Trauma Release.[1]

Spinal Energetics uses the spine as the focus to harness the bodies own innate wisdom to heal itself. Practitioners mainly work in the energetic field, we are all made of energy. It is said to assist in chronic pain, trauma release, and mental health and wellbeing.[2]

This new modality has rave reviews from celebrities and media personalities, with articles in print and online publications. Many giving feedback such as – “this modality has treated a problem I have had my whole life”[3] [4]

Spinal Energetics is available to learn, with practitioner training courses running around the world. There is a practitioner directory on the website showcasing the locations of certified practitioners all over the world.[5]
