Plot

Sahasra is a PhD scholar who is working to build a sophisticated device, she gets stuck in a time loop on one particular day due to unforeseen circumstances. How she survives the day to achieve her goal forms the plot of the movie.

Production

The film is Pelluri's eight short film. It was shot with a production budget of US$15000. The film was shot in 6 days in Austin,Texas.

Film Festivals

Sahasra was screened at Sundarayya Vignana Kendram in Hyderabad , on 16 November 2024, as part of 2nd Visakha International Film Festival and Won the Best Film Award.^[1]

Sahasra is Officially Selected at Hollywood Boulevard Film Festival and will be screened in Los Angeles at the festival which is scheduled on Dec 6 - 8,2024.
