SMART College
[edit]SMART College is a private college located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Founded by Mr. Anand Pon, it is also the first institution in Malaysia that offers qualifications in fields such as Enforcement and Compliance as well as Corporate Investigation since 2012.
SMART College is accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency. and has partnerships with an array of education as well as industry partners, including, Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPMN).Pertubuhan Anti-Korupsi Malaysia (PAKAR), James Cook University., and Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPMN).
History
[edit]Founded by Mr. Anand Pon in 2012 as a means to solve the issue of the lack of local professionals nor qualified expertise in Malaysia, SMART College started off small, with 2 classrooms and a 17,000sqf campus in Gasing Indah, Petaling Jaya. The college would later have its first convocation in 2015 at the Royal Selangor Club, Kuala Lumpur, awarding their 1st fully accredited Diploma in Enforcement and Compliance. Their first accredited Diploma in Corporate Investigation was also officiated the year after and the college would continue to grow from then on.
