Najat El Jebari (Arabic: نجاة الجباري) is the first woman to work in the OCP's phosphate mines, in 1991 as the Director of Planning and Excavation, in Morocco.[1] Najat currently holds the title of General Director Deputy at Intelcia Group since 2010.[2]

Najat is also included in Jeune Afrique's "Top 50 of the most powerful women [directors] from the french-speaking Africa", in which she is ranked 29th.[3][4]
