She is known for developing the ROAR® Method, a therapeutic approach aimed at addressing childhood trauma and fostering personal growth.
Early Life and Education
[edit]She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fairfield University, a Master of Counseling degree from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctor of Psychology degree from Saybrook Graduate School and Research Center. Her doctoral research focused on spiritual identity through cooperative inquiry.

[edit]Cooney has over 25 years of experience in psychotherapy, focusing on trauma recovery and personal empowerment.
