Early life and works

She has read more than 252 books and applied them in her daily life. She has been practicing meditation and Tibetan practices for over 7 years.[1]
Martin co-authored her first book, 31 Bridges, with her brother, Oliver Martin.[2] The book was published in 2022.[2] Her second book, Living in a Toxic World, published in 2024, delves deeply into the various ways the environment and society affect humans and explores strategies to remain resilient in an often toxic world.[3]
