If you need feedback on your draft, or if the review is taking a lot of time, you can try asking for help on the talk page of a relevant WikiProject. Some WikiProjects are more active than others so a speedy reply is not guaranteed.

Kotaku Wamura is a Japanese politician and the mayor of the town of Fudai. His actions were responsible for saving the town of tsunamis during the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami.
