Kaberi Chattopadhyay, originally from Assam, is an accomplished writer and educator. She graduated with a B.A. (Hons) from Calcutta University and earned her B.Ed. from Northeastern Hill University (NEHU) in Shillong, Meghalaya.

Kaberi worked as an Assistant Teacher of English at Ramakrishna Vivekananda Mission and Army Public School in Barrackpore. In addition to her teaching career, she has made a name for herself as a writer.
