Jonathan R. Champlin is a Department of the Navy Police Officer at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine. On July 8th, 2024 officer Champlin went into an active fire and saved the life of 7 civilians. For his dedication to duty he was awarded the Navy Civilian Service Achievement Medal along with officer Tinsley.
