John Richard Harris (born June 25, 1997) is an American businessman and Republican candidate in the 2025 New York City mayoral election. In June 2024, Harris made the announcement that he would be entering the race to be New York City’s next mayor. He has addressed his plans to combat crime in the streets and on the subway, invest in youth and advocate against congestion pricing.
