The group Inzland was created on August 15th, 2024 by the user UnBlokedBot. He has been around on 2b2t for 6 years leading many different groups throughout his time.
History
[edit]The history upon this group is really odd. I have lead many different groups in the past, of all categories. I have interacted with all kinds of players. It seemed that everything I ever wanted to do on the server was already done. As many people say, you cannot ever leave the server. I look into that at a different perspective. I always look back at all the fun and the people I met on the server and think to myself, 'Why did I quit?' The real reason was just that some of the people I played with quit the server. I returned to the server because this was one of the only games that I really enjoyed. I wanted to get involved with some of the people I used to be involved with, but when I quit I griefed many different bases of many groups. A lot of the group I am on good terms with now, but there is still no chance that I would ever be allowed back in. I created this group because of that very reason. I also love roles in leadership due to many experiences in the past. This group also serves as a double oppurtunity. Some people know that I used to stream on 2b2t quite often. This server also serves as a place for me to promote my upcoming podcasts and streams. Purely the role of this group will not change. We are a basing and a PvP group, which will never change!
Ranks
[edit]Leader | Founder - Pretty obvious, this is the person that leads the group.
Co-Leader - This person will lead the group during the Leaders absence. They report directly to the Leader and no secrets will be kept from them from the Leader.
Global Elite - These people have been here through tough times and fun times. The most loyal in the group.
Major - This rank reports directly to the Global Elite. Their actions are most likely final.
Senior Partner - These are the second highest ranking members.
Junior Partner - This is the first rank of leadership. Congratulations if you make it here, you put in a lot of effort.
4 - Royal - This is the highest rank before partner. This rank shows that you are the best at what you do. You put in extensive time and you have great skill at everything you do.
3 - Esquire - This is the second highest rank before you become a partner. This shows that you put extensive effort into the group.
2 - Mediator - Members will earn this rank overtime due to their efforts at bases and events. This role implies that you have put an outstanding amount of effort into the group.
1 - Associate - Members will earn this rank overtime due to their efforts at bases and events.
Inzlandian - This role shows who are members of Inzland. @Inzland Pvper and @Inzland Builder are secondary roles.
Verified - A verified player is someone that has been brought into the group, aka a member.
Partner Bylaws
[edit]Admission of New Partners: The admission of new partners shall be determined by majority consent of the existing partners, unless otherwise specified in this agreement. After the date of August 13th, 2024, all NEW partners will require a buy-in. A buy-in is used for trust as the person will give up something for all partners to share. Leader and Co-Leader will decide how it is distributed. Money is not allowed for the buy-in, it has to be in-game items.
Resignation and Removal: Partners may resign voluntarily with written notice to all other partners. Partners may also be removed for just cause by a unanimous vote of the remaining partners. This goes for leaders as well, there are NO exceptions. You must bring proper ground to expel a partner.
Meetings: Partners shall meet every two weeks to discuss the partnership's affairs and make decisions.
Decision Making: Major decisions require partner approval and shall be made by majority vote of the partners, unless urgent.
Mediation and Arbitration: Any disputes among partners shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration. If it comes to be, a vote for the outcome will partake. The vote could cause BOTH partners to be REMOVED.
Effort: Each partner shall put in their fair share of effort. If it is deemed any specific partner is not putting in enough effort, a vote will commence for consequences.
Amendments: These bylaws may be amended by a majority vote of the partners, with written notice to all partners. Only UnBlokedBot is allowed to bring an amendment, partners are allowed to suggest. If the vote unravels into a tie, UnBlokedBot will decide the outcome.
Ownership: It does not matter if you own the server, are a co owner or anything; these bylaws still stand for you. This goes for everyone. These bylaws were amended on August 13th, 2024. All partners have to follow what is stated.
