"Fanfare" (ファンファーレ, Fanfāre) (Japanese pronunciation: [ɸaɰ̃ɸaꜜːɾe]) is a song by the Japanese rock band Sumika from their second studio album, Chime (2019). It was released with "Shunkashūtō" as a double A-side single through Sony Music Records on August 29, 2018.
Composition
[edit]Musically, "Fanfare" is a three minutes and seven seconds long Japanese rock and pop song, written by Sumika's lead vocalist and guitarist Kenta Kataoka. It features bassist Keisuke Ijima and chorus vocalist Hiromi Izumoto as guest members.[1][2]
