Career

[edit]

Founding of Beyorch

[edit]

In 2018, Villeroy founded Beyorch, a private equity and investment management firm headquartered in Los Angeles, with additional offices in New York, London, and Singapore.[citation needed] Beyorch primarily focuses on acquiring and growing small-to-medium-sized businesses, aiming to generate long-term returns for its clients. As of 2024, the firm manages over $10 billion in assets and continues to grow under Villeroy’s leadership.[1]

Investment model

[edit]

Beyorch operates under the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Regulation D, Rule 506. It offers accredited investors a quarterly yield of 2% (8% annually), with compounded interest available after the first year. Investors can withdraw yields as needed and have the option to exit their investments after a 12-month holding period without penalties.

Expansion into FinTech

[edit]

In recent years, Villeroy has directed Beyorch toward fintech innovations, incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain technology.[citation needed] It has announced plans to create a cryptocurrency-based payment system aimed at increasing accessibility and providing an alternative to traditional payment networks.[citation needed]
