The Bowling Proprietors' Association of America (often abbreviated to BPAA) is a membership association for bowling centers. Its headquarters are at International Bowling Campus in Arlington, Texas.
History
[edit]The association started in 1932, where 13 proprietors from five states held a meeting in Detroit.[1]
In 1975, the association had 3,300 members, totaling around 67,000 lanes.[1]
Bowling University
[edit]BPAA runs and manages a service called "Bowling University" for members.[2]
Bowl Expo
[edit]BPAA also runs and manages the International Bowl Expo since 1963.[3]
