Bill Fisher (1936-August 17, 2020) was a politician in Oregon who served in the Oregon House of Representatives and the Oregon Senate. He was a Republican. He was an aviator. He flew veterans and the organization Aviation Dreams Foundation. developed from his wffoets.

He grew up on a farm in Eastern Washington. He served in the U.S. Army as a dental assistant and supply clerk.

He lived in Roseburg where his parents established a nursing home. He flew a World War II era biplane.

He served in the Oregon House of Representatives from 1992 to 1996 and in the Oregon Senate from 1996 to 2004.
