Bala Ramajeyam is the Managing Director of G Square Realtors Private Limited,[1] a real estate development company in South India. Under his leadership, G Square has expanded the real estate landscape in Tamil Nadu.[2][3]
Career
[edit]In September 2023, Ramajeyam announced the launch of G Square Dynasty in Poonjeri, Mahabalipuram, marking the company's entry into the Mahabalipuram real estate market. This project comprises 296 residential plots over 28.3 acres and is located near the ECR-OMR link road.[4][5][6]
In October 2024, G Square celebrated its 12th anniversary under Ramajeyam's leadership.[7]The company provides premium residential living options in areas that previously lacked access to such developments.[8]
