August Raber (born March 2009) is Swedish-British racing driver who is set to compete in the 2025 F4 British Championship with Argenti Motorsport.
Racing career
[edit]Karting
[edit]Raber began his motorsport journey in karting, quickly rising through the ranks in the UAE and international karting circuits. He gained recognition for his performances in the Rotax Euro and the UAE Karting Championship, securing multiple podiums and race wins.
Formula 4
[edit]2024
[edit]Raber made his Formula 4 debut in the 2024 F4 British Championship with Xcel Motorsport, competing in a limited number of rounds. Despite being new to the series and reportedly had minimal testing prior, he impressed with three rookie podiums and a top-five finish in his second race.
2025
[edit]For the 2025 season, Raber secured a full-time drive in both the F4 Middle East Championship with Yas Heat Racing. During the second round at the Yas Marina Circuit, Raber achieved his maiden Formula 4 victory during race 2.[1]
He will also compete in the upcoming F4 British Championship with Argenti Motorsport.[2][3]
Personal life
[edit]Raber was born in London, England, in March 2009. He holds Swedish and British citizenship but currently competes under the Emirati flag, as he is part of the Yas Heat Racing program, which supports UAE-based racing talent. Raber lives in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, where he trains and prepares for his international racing commitments.
