ABC Radio was a Bangladeshi private commercial FM radio station. It was a subsidiary of Mediastar Ltd., a subsidiary of Transcom Group. This radio station's radio frequency was 89.2 FM. The station started operations on 7 January 2007 and was operated from Kawran Bazar, Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is no longer on air from 31 May 2023.[2][3][4][5]

In 2022, on a report of The Business Standard about the fall of Dhaka's Radio FM , Sagar Shahriar, Executive Producer of ABC Radio, said, "In 12-hour programmes, we used to have more than two hours of advertisements. Now we have only 27 minutes of advertisements. Basically the struggle is we have gotten too much into digital. In reality, no one is actually watching television or the advertisement in effect at home either. But the companies want advertisements there anyways. Whoever I talk to says we don't have the budget at the moment. Give us time, and let us prepare a budget. Another problem is we have to get the advertisements through agencies. They also take a percentage cut. And in some cases the agencies also have their own radios." [6]
