Charles Martin Weber III (October 23, 1893 - April 15, 1987) served in California's 11th State Assembly district[1] from March 25, 1935 - January 8, 1951. During World War I he served in the United States Army.[2]

Childhood

Charles Martin Weber III was born on October 23, 1893 in San Jose, California to Charles Martin Weber II (1851-1912) and Grace May Sinnott (1860-1897). He had an older sister, Helen Weber Kennedy (1889-1983) and he was the grandson of the founder of the city of Stockton, California, Captain Charles Maria Weber (1814-1881). His mother died of cholera when he was 3 years old.
