Cemil Tugay (born 13 June 1967) is a Turkish medical surgeon and politician who is the current Mayor of İzmir, the third largest city of Turkey. He was elected in the 2024 local elections.[1]
He was previously the District Mayor of Karşıyaka between 2019 and 2024, one of İzmir's most populous and central districts.[2]
