Pradedančio lygio

[edit]

I've replaced pradedančio lygio with pradedančiojo lygio, for I wasn't sure, what a word pradedančio means here. If it meant 'beginner's (level)' it's all right, but if it meant 'starting (level)', it would be better to change it. This is because Lithuanian active participles are, as a rule, used with a noun, that can be understood as the true subject of a sentence in a case the participle is converted to a verb. That's why we have a passive participle in taupomoji kasa or siuvamoji mašina. So, the level itself didn't starts learing, so the word can't be the true subject and consequently we must use passive voice instead. In conclusion,

  • pradedančio 'beginner's' it's better to use pradedančiojo
  • pradedančio as 'starting' must be changed to pradedamojo or pradinio.
