Why there is a sub-category of "Turkish theoretical physicists?"

Does this category need more subcategories? for example:

I think it does because:

1)this category has over 300 entries
2)subcategories of Turkish theoretical physicists‎ and Pakistani theoretical physicists‎ already exist.
3)Albert Einstein (as an example) belongs to Category:German physicists and Category:Theoretical physicists which could be shortened to Category:German theoretical physicist
