What's Canadian?

The current Earl of Orkney, Peter St John, 9th Earl of Orkney and his son Oliver St John, Viscount Kirkwall are as Canadian as hockey and maple syrup. Yet, their peerages are Scottish, not specifically Canadian.

If they should not be included here, perhaps there should be a category of Canadians who are British Peers.
