[edit]- Kenji Doihara did not have any relations to Korea in his main career. His life and activity was in northern China. Therefore Category:Anti-Korean sentiment in Japan is very unnatural.
- Iwane Matsui also is in the same thing. His activity was in China, not Korea.
This category is including some misunderstanding articles, isn't it? --Nightshadow28 13:58, 30 September 2007 (UTC)
Inclusion Criteria
[edit]The criteria for inclusion in this category seem unclear or idiosyncratic, at best. There are or have recently been a number of biographical articles included; where the article does not even mention Korea, far less anti-Korean sentiment. Given the inclusion of this category in Category:Racism in Japan, this is functionally indistinguishable from tagging those biographies as racists; and, if unsourced, is a BLP violation.
In addition, there are a number of non-biographical articles included which do not contain any content on anti-Korean sentiment. (e.g. 2019 G20 Osaka summit, Mongol invasions of Japan). This category appears to contain an indiscriminate list of things that has ever been subject to dispute between Korea & Japan.
What are, or what should be, the inclusion criteria for this category? Rotary Engine talk 22:01, 30 May 2023 (UTC)
