Should this category be used only for the 13 current living American members of the College of Cardinals or also for deceased American Cardinals as well? --Jdurbach 19:35, 27 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

If they're a cardinal and an american, they should be in this category. Current living status is irrelevant, as this is not a living people category. Gentgeen 20:25, 27 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Could we at least put years or life or (alive)/(dead) after their names? I feel like there should be some way on Wikipedia to find out who the living American cardinals are. Jhm718 13:42, 04 October 2009 (EDT) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.94.128.116 (talk)
Two possibilities: (1) create an article (e.g., List of living cardinals in the United States), or (2) add such a list as a new section in American Cardinals Dinner. Eagle4000 (talk) 18:47, 4 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
