Category:Unconfirmed uses of sfn style 2
This is a maintenance category, used for maintenance of the Wikipedia project. It is not part of the encyclopedia and contains non-article pages, or groups articles by status rather than subject. Do not include this category in content categories.
This is a hidden category. It is not shown on its member pages, unless the corresponding user preference (Appearance → Show hidden categories) is set. |
Description: This category tracks articles that have not been confirmed to be following the style of using shortened footnotes for all footnotes so that all citations (typically alphabetized by author) may appear in an organized way in a separate section. The template {{Note short footnote style 2}} is used to place an inquiry and explanatory information on the talk page of such articles. This also adds this tracking category so that the article discussion may be later examined to see if there is confirmation of this style or whether some alternate style is preferred by contributors. After comments establish what the style is, an appropriate notice is placed on the talk page for citation maintenance purposes. This category will be emptied as article styles are identified, and may occasionally have no members.
