The WikiGap Zambia 2021 is a collaborative effort by Wikimedia Community Zambia, Embassy of Sweden in Lusaka and the Women's History Museum of Zambia. This will be a one-day event to fight the information gender gap to create and improve Wikipedia articles related to women, gender, feminism, and the arts. Food, caffeine, and moral support are provided. It is based on the Swedish Feminist Foreign Policy and has been carried out in several countries around the world, with the purpose to create a space for invited guests to write new Wikipedia articles, and edit existing ones, in order to increase the representation of women on the online encyclopedia.
